Committee
of Security and Health
The Committee of
Security and Health is the paritario and colegiado organ of participation
destined to the regular and periodic consultation of the performances of
the company in the matter of prevention of labor risks. It must be formed
by the Delegates of Prevention and the industralist and/or his
representatives in equal number to the Delegates of Prevention. The law
indicates when the number of components is due to constitute and that must
have. One will meet quarterly and whenever it asks for some of the
representations in the same one.
The Committee of
Security and Health will have the following competitions:

To participate in
the elaboration, putting in practice and evaluation of the plans and
programs of prevention of the company. To this end, in its sine they
will struggle, and in particular, the referring thing to its incidence
in the prevention of risks: (*)

the projects in
the matter of planning, organization of the work and introduction
of new technologies,

the organization
and development of the activities of protection and prevention,
|
project and
organization of the formation in preventive matter.

To promote
initiatives on methods and procedures for the effective prevention of
the risks, proposing to the company the improvement of the conditions
or correction of the existing deficiencies (*)

To to this end know
directly the situation relative to the prevention risks in the work
center, making the visits that it considers opportune (*)

To know whichever
documents and information relative to the conditions of work they are
necessary for the fulfillment of its functions, as well as coming from
the service operations of prevention, in its case (*)
|
To know and to
analyze the damages produced in the health or the physical integrity
of the workers, to the object to value its causes and to propose the
opportune preventive measures (*)
|
To know and to
inform the memory and annual programming into the services of
prevention (*)
|
Other functions that
the own Committee establishes.
