SUBCONTRACT THE PREVENTION
Other
people's service of Prevention
When one resorts to one
or several other people's services of prevention, these must be credited
by the labor Authority by means of the verification of which they reunite
the requirements that settle down prescribed and previous approval of the
sanitary Administration as far as the aspects of sanitary character. They
will have to count on the facilities and material and human resources that
allow to develop the preventive activity suitably them that had arranged,
considering the type, extension and frequency of the preventive services
that are to render and the location of the work centers in which this
benefit has to be developed. The services of prevention must collaborate
to each other when it is necessary.
Complementarily to which
it establishes the regulation on Services of own or other people's
Prevention, it is considered very advisable which all center of work has
at least a person (Coordinating of other people's or joint prevention)
that develops functions of coordination in the matter of Prevention of
Labor Risks and acts of nexus of union between the own service of
prevention, when different centers from work exist. Their functions would
be similar to those of the designated worker
